I/DD Direct Support Professionals

Our registered care aides are skilled and trained to work with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities. Our care aides assist individuals daily routine and day activities.

Individual Support Plans

Our team works with families and/or case workers to provide consumer centered care. The Individual Support Plan (ISP) is based on the conditions of lifestyle and support needed for consumers. Services provided are based on the ISP, from the ISP we facilitate quality care to the consumer using trained direct support professionals and home care aides.
