This type of care is designed for clients at the end stage of life.

This care is offered for clients at the end stage of their journey. Quality care at the end stage of life is just as important as having quality care at any stage of life, this affords the client to be comfortable and rested in final moments.​​

  • Customized Care Plan tailored to client's specific, current situation.

  • Transportation to any scheduled appointments or outings.

Alzheimer's and Dementia Care

This type of care is designed for clients  who are suffering through Alzheimer's disease or are experiencing any stage of Dementia.

  • Registered Aide of client's choice with Alzheimer's and Dementia training.

  • Helpful client resources concerning Alzheimer's and Dementia.

  • Assistance with ADLs or IADLs.

  • Round the Clock Meal Prep according to Care Plan.

  • Customized Care Plan tailored to client's immediate needs.

  • Transportation to scheduled appointments and outings.

Respite Care

This care is designed to relieve caretakers and family from the care tasks of their loved ones.

  • Registered, CPR certified direct support professionals of client's choice who specialize in I/DD Care.

  • IPP/ISP tailored to child's immediate needs and regular routine.

  • Visit verification and completion according to Care Plan.

  • Attendance to scheduled appointments and outings.

  • Assistance with ADLs and IADLs.

24 Hour Care

This care is designed for the client who needs 24 hour assistance.
